•Lead contract management from inception to execution, including drafting, risk assessment, negotiation, and handover.
•Manage contract execution, overseeing variations, claims, payments, and bonds in collaboration.

Project: Infrastructure and Area Development Navy Housing Scheme Mauripur Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning, Administering & Monitoring the site works & Arranging and Facilitating daily QA/QC inspections.
• Working with all the stakeholders to ensure the project’s Compliance with the applicable codes,standards and specifications and adapting all plans relevant for approval by the Engineer/Client.
• Systematically and efficiently co-managing contract management for maximizing performance efficiencies and minimizing/mitigating risks.
• Preparing, reviewing and implementing RFI's and change orders, Precise estimates & rate analysis, Claims & IPCs.
• Drafting contractual letters/notices to Employer/Client/Engineer in accordance with the Contract agreement. (FIDIC Red book, 4th Ed. 1987)
• Liasing with the suppliers & vendors for Procurement of equipment, material, machinery & Arranging Subcontractors.
⦁ Managing budgets, cash flow and obligations to ensure that deliverables are met and payments to sub-contractors and suppliers/vendors are received on time.
• Assistin Preparationof Extension of Time and Monetary compensation claims
• Preparing & Submitting the Daily, weekly and monthly progress reports as per the obligations defined in the Contract documents including FIDIC Red book (4th Ed., 1987).
